Cancel future renewals
You can cancel online through the Stripe billing portal at any time. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Unless law requires otherwise, you retain access through the end of the period already paid for.
Ordinary refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated below, monthly membership charges are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time, forgotten cancellation, limited use, or dissatisfaction with study results. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge was unauthorized, duplicated, or made in error.
Permanent discontinuation caused by external forces
If Fire Spark is permanently taken offline because of a legal order, loss of essential third-party service, force majeure event, or another external event outside the operator’s reasonable control, Fire Spark will provide a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the then-current prepaid monthly period when practical and legally permitted. No amount for time already delivered is refunded.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not remove refund, cancellation, charge-dispute, or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived. If applicable law gives you greater protection, that law controls.
